I am Jeremy, a 17-year-old from a country that starts with “C” and ends with an “A” in English.

Wendy’s is certainly better than McDonalds or KFC.

Languages

I write a lot of Rust and Typst. I avoid JavaScript, Node.js, and npm where possible. For instance, this very site you’re viewing right now is built without a single line of those modern web yadda yaddas. Instead it is built with Typst. I like Typst for its elegance and speed. I like Rust for its safety guarantees.

I prefer writing sites by hand. Some specific details are tedious to implement by hand, but the process of writing and seeing everything composing together is enjoyable, and rewarding.

My English is quite bad. I know Chinese and I speak Mandarin, plus a few swear words in Cantonese. I want to learn more languages.
